RED is painting Manchester… red!
We have landed four prestigious contracts in the heart of the city as it continues its multi-billion-pound regeneration.
Projects worth in excess of £2 million will help transform city centre offices into state-of-the-art centres for some of the UK’s biggest businesses.
RED is currently working with main contractors Styles and Wood on Dalton Place which will offer 65,000sq ft of office space over six floors. The building, which was the former home of KPMG accountants, was sold for £17.2m in 2015.
The company is also working on the refurbishment of two buildings on Manchester’s Mosley Street to develop it into a single office block, providing 66,000sq ft of development on behalf of London-based property investor Boultbee Brooks Real Estate.
In the city’s Northern Quarter, RED has completed the structural glazing on one of Manchester’s newest hotels, easyHotel on Dale Street. It is the latest hotel to be added to the collection of the Easy empire, providing low-cost accommodation to visitors to the city.
And RED is currently using its expertise on Arthur House in the Piccadilly area of the city which provides office space for financial, legal and property companies.
RED Systems is regularly engaged with a variety of large projects throughout the UK including commercial, education, retail, leisure, residential, student accommodation and the rail sector.
