Asset Tagging Technology

Revolutionary QR code technology driven through Fieldview to verify installer competency, manufacturer details and seamless customer care identification.

One of the biggest ‘wins’ to come out of our work with RED Jam & the integration of Field View, was the intelligence we needed to kick-start our asset tagging scheme. By allowing us to analyse site data more effectively, we were able to identify reoccurring trends, particularly around ‘snagging’ issues. Our revolutionary new asset tagging technology has vastly improved the post- installation customer service experience & enhanced onsite visibility, whilst creating a real time ‘snagging’ & client reporting tool.
