Tea Break with the Team: Meet Michelle

An integral part of Team RED since 2015, Michelle has risen through the ranks to become our Financial Controller while championing mental health support across the company.

How long have you worked at RED? “I started as a part-time consultant in 2015, then made the leap to join RED full-time in 2019. It was one of the best career decisions I’ve made!”

How has your career progressed at RED? “I’ve grown from Finance Administrator to Finance Manager, and now Financial Controller. I’m a qualified MAAT professional and Mental Health First Aider. RED fully supports my professional development, ensuring I stay current with accounting legislation through regular CPD.”

What other responsibilities do you have beyond finance? “I’m passionate about helping my team thrive through training and development. I’ve recently joined the Operations Board, which is incredibly rewarding. As Mental Health First Aider, I’m also committed to supporting our colleagues’ wellbeing.”
