The latest addition to our growing portfolio of services, REDline Façades provides specialist façade design services to the envelope sector, which delivers a fast and cost-effective Gateway 2 service to both main contractors, and specialist façade companies.

Driven by leading industry expert, Stuart Cozens, our team has a high level of experience and broad range of technical competencies.

With early engagement at the forefront of our approach, we aim to support our clients as they navigate the new Building Safety Act regulations, particularly the demands surrounding the Gateway 2 process through to design manufacture.

Our REDline division is all about making sure that information relating to the design and safety of a building is compiled by an experienced and multi-disciplinary design team, who act as an extension of our clients’ project delivery teams. What you need to know about Gateway’s 2 & 3 …

When the Building Safety Act became legislation in October 2023, many contractors were unprepared for the increased and changing design demands that a regulatory shift of this magnitude would demand.

With the Gateway 2 process taking an average of 18 weeks, and hundreds of applications simply not meeting statutory requirements, contractors need more support than ever with the complex, design driven process within the envelope sector.

By adding REDline, a specialist façade design arm to the group, we can now help clients navigate the intricacies of this process more effectively and support them with every aspect of pre-construction design for the glazing, SFS and façade elements of their project.
