Rochdale Riverside (phase 2)

Overview

Following on from the landmark Phase 1 stage of the transformation of Rochdale town centre, we were delighted to be working on the glazing & curtain walling aspect of Phase 2 of the project.

Along with the development of a new 240 home apartment scheme, Phase 2 also included the construction of a new hotel.

Along with the new retail & leisure development (Phase 1) & further planned works to convert a former brownfield site into ‘Neighbourhood Rochdale’, this scheme represents a £100m inward investment boost for Rochdale that will create jobs, attract people to work and live, plus sustain economic growth and prosperity in the town for many years to come.

Design

Working with mast climbers for medium-rise buildings with small footprints on the ground, facilitated efficient façade trade coordination, leading to timely project completion

Rochdale Riverside (phase 2)

Another great example of collaboration in action, working with our long term partners Willmott Dixon & collectively implementing our bespoke adaptation of Fieldview site-wide, across all operations to ensure thorough & cohesive reporting in line with the new Building Safety Act.
